Q&D Construction's involvement with this Tahoe remodel began after N.L. Dianda & Sons, our in-house architectural millwork facility, began creating interior & exterior wood finishes for the project. Q&D was hired as construction manager for the completion of all interior finishes.

The home includes a state-of-the-art security and electronic systems, a home theater, game room, wine cellar, master suite with massage and exercise facilities, staff quarters, a mud room for skiers and a dog suite with easy access to the outdoor run. Cherry, mahogany, hemlock, fir and maple millwork covers the walls, windows, doors and ceilings of the three floors of the home. The home's first floor and double curving staircase features granite, maple and oak flooring.

Q&D work forces also performed some site work, including an entry structure with metal fencing, stone columns and landscaping. We also remodeled their boat lifts to accommodate their boats.
