This 200-bed campus for assisted living, skilled nursing and subacute care includes full kitchen, satellite dining facilities, therapy and exercise gymnasium, recreation room, library, public restaurant, retail, salon, 4,000-square-foot central plant facility, clock tower and laundry facilities.

During design development, Q&D Construction's estimators joined the design team and Washoe Health System to form the Pre-construction Team. Q&D presented costing and technical advice on alternative systems, construction methods and materials. Through the value engineering process, we cut $7 million from the design.
