At our recent Meridian Office design-build project, we maintained the client's budget by providing estimates at each design milestone.

We oversaw building construction, and self-performed site work, concrete, tilt-up and carpentry. We also led selection and management of the mechanical, plumbing, electrical and landscape.

Meridian Gold, the top-floor tenant hired Q&D's in-house millwork shop to manufacture curving window casings for the conference room, inlaid flooring and a customized reception desk.
