Q&D has worked continuously for Scolari's Food and Drug since the early 1990s. “We have done everything from making emergency repairs at various stores to building their beautiful new superstore in Yerington, Nevada”.

On this design-build project, Q&D led the pre-construction effort, was general contractor and used its own forces to do site work. Q&D's millwork shop, N.L. Dianda & Sons provided some of the millwork.

Q&D provided alternative budgets for various approaches to expand and renovate the Yerington property. We worked with the architects at Sheehan VanWoert and the various design consultants to analyze various systems, material and methods before arriving at the elements that gave Scolari's the greatest value for their budget.

Q&D has worked with Scolari's on many projects and continues to work closely with their facilities team to provide budgeting information on future projects.
