Each year Q&D turns out hundreds of subdivision finished lots, dozens of commercial building pads and miles of underground utilities.

Q&D has developed the most talented pipe-laying crews in the area, working for numerous developers and public agencies. Our engineering crews, such as the team pictured, have been laying pipe for Sierra Pacific Power Company since the ‘80s.
