Welcome to Artefice by Dianda, a division of Q&D Construction, Inc. Our seasoned carpenters and superintendents have expertise in both large steel construction and complex finish work. Our millwork division details and manufactures elaborate and unique cabinets, ceilings, doors, windows and other interior millwork. Some of our most beautiful work can be found in homes and businesses at Lake Tahoe, where we began working in 1966 for the late gaming legend Bill Harrah.

Q&D's founder, Norman Dianda, worked after school in a cabinet shop where he developed an attention to detail, a passion for problem solving and a joy for building. His enthusiasm for new challenges led him to become a general contractor.

Today, Artefice by Dianda delivers some of the finest wood work in the country for Q&D construction division projects and as a sub-contractor to general contractors.
