Preconstruction starts with team work. It is everything that happens prior to breaking ground on a construction project. It starts with a team made up of the owner, design consultants, the contractor, and everyone who has a stake in the success of the project.

In order to keep to the budget, we communicate cost impacts of various design alternatives with team consultants at each design milestone. We suggest the most efficient methods and materials for construction, based on site logistics and budget, to give our clients the most for their money.

By sharing budget goals with the team, members are proactive about working within the confines of that budget to provide the best value. The partnership between client and contractor and architect carries through to construction.
