WHY QUALIFY?
Qualification is a standard practice in our industry in much of the country.  It is required by many of our customers, in both the public and private sectors.  Qualified subcontractors have access to the additional bid opportunities where pre-approved bid lists must be submitted for review.  Qualification at Q&D also includes update of company contact information in our bidding database.

SECURITY: The security of our subcontractors' financial and corporate information is of utmost concern.  Specific qualification information regarding any particular subcontractor will never be posted online.  Questionnaire forms (703.1-Qualification Form or Renewal Form 703.4) may be shown to customers or our bonding company when discussing the requirement to bond a subcontractor.  Financial information is not shared, except by special permission from the subcontractor.  Qualification results are not shared with other subcontractors.
